Cupping can be used as part of a sports rehabilitation programme. It uses suction cups on the skin to draw blood to the surface and stimulate healing. It can also loosen tight fascia and muscles and help to reduce inflammation.

We often use cupping to improve movement and function by combining it with sports-specific activity.

Dry needling involves using a fine needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying muscle and connective tissue. It is particularly effective when used on trigger points or as part of a sports rehabilitation programme.

It is generally painless with the benefits of providing pain relief, reducing muscle tightness and speeding up recovery.
